VIDOS processes media files locally on your hardware. Our web portal stores only the account, license, and device metadata necessary for operation.

Account data is securely protected and used exclusively for authentication within the service. All payment transactions adhere to PCI DSS standards; VIDOS never stores payment card data.

You may request access to or deletion of your account data through the support channel specified in the app.
